He's The Best There Is

College Station DUI

Juvenile sexual assault

Our son was falsely accused three years later of sexual assault. The alleged assault took place in his high school years. We hired Mr Phelps after we reached out to him; as a result of his free consultation. He told us how serious this charge can be. Our son is 20 now and is in college. He knew the l...aw and pursued the truth (our son took a polygraph and passed). Shane fought for our son and as a result all charges were dropped. Thank you Shane.

I highly recommend Shane Phelps.

Shane went beyond the call of duty in his representation of my son. He was instrumental in getting him into a specific dual diagnosis rehab facility when my attempts were unsuccessful.
