Took care of everything!

Shane Phelps and his staff are outstanding. Shane did a great job of representing me. Those of us who are naïve to the legal process sometimes can feel like nothing is happening with our case. It ultimately became clear to me that through his many years of experience, Shane understands this about the... system. He gave me reassurances when I needed calming, and he had the perfect combination of patience and timing to negotiate all charges being dropped. I was so relieved. Highest of recommendations.

One call to The Law Office of Shane Phelps and immediately my mind was at ease. I spoke with Shane for about 20 minutes in regards to my case. After I submitted a few documents to him as he requested, within a matter of days my issue was fully resolved. The second conversation with Shane was pleasing... and full of good news. Immediate attention, care, and action was given to my situation. I am more than satisfied with the outcome of services provided to me by his office.

Excellent representation for my college-aged son

Mr. Phelps and his office were extremely knowledgable and helpful in representing my 20 year old son in College Station, TX. My son had never been in trouble and we were very unsure about what to do when he received a ticket for under age drinking. A friend in College Station recommended Shane Phel...ps. Shane was very generous with his time on the phone and in person. My son and I both appreciate the guidance and representation Shane Phelps provided for us!

If your kid gets in trouble in College Sation

Sending your kid off to college for the first time can result in some bumps along the road. Hiring Shane Phelps was the best decision we could have made. He was able to reduce charges and punishment. If you need a good lawyer for your TAMU or Blinn student give him a call!
