Thank you, Shane!

Shane really helped me get a good deal that would lead to a sealed record and then gave me a rare opportunity to get an even better deal that will lead to a completely clean record. All of this was done in a very timely manner. But perhaps the most important thing that helped me was that he told me w...hat was going on, what to expect, and what I needed to do. This really put my mind at ease and helped me understand the legal process when I was very out of my element and had never been around court or lawyers or legal proceedings. He was very helpful and made a bad situation easier to deal with and for that I am very appreciative.

Excellent Attorney

Our family highly recommends Shane for your legal matters. He is not only very knowledgable but he is very kind and compassionate. He is a straight shooter, not telling you what he thinks you want to hear, but what is realistic. Keeps you informed of the process and making sure you understand the leg...al aspect. He is continually attending seminars and classes to further his knowledge of the law. Prior to meeting Shane, we had never had the need for an attorney and didn't know where to turn. We were given names of several attorneys. We spoke with each one, but after speaking with Shane, we were very comfortable and felt he would work hard for us. We haven't been disappointed. The person who recommended Shane, said he was the best and we strongly agree.

Excellent Lawyer!

I am extremely happy with Shane Phelps. Shane reduced my felony charge to a misdemeanor plea, and he reduced my deferred adjudication to only 6 months. I could not have asked for a better lawyer, he was patient and truly cared about my well being. He did a superlative job, he achieved things way abov...e and beyond my expectations. Son in Legal trouble

Given my son's offense the final result was excellent and all we could have asked for. His actions and choices could have easily ruined years hard work and effort he had put into his life and Shane's knowledge and competence with these type things was clearly demonstrated. I am and always will be... grateful to him for this. The only reason I didn't give "5's" all across is there were several times I was confused on timing and question why it took almost a year to dispose of ?? I had called the office a couple of times to ask questions and could not talk with Shane directly. I understand, my son is not the only case and he had to deal with, and the one in front of him that day was probably more pressing than ours ... and I was emotionally charged because to me my son's future hung in the balance and that probably clouds my interpretation of responsiveness ... At the end of the day I wanted the BEST legal help available and think we absolutely received what we paid for. I will confidently refer Shane Phelps to anyone that needs legal assistance.

Criminal Defense Advice

Talked to Shane about 2 weeks ago regarding a situation that took place with me and an old employer. It got to point where I lost my job, had to deplete my 401k to pay back what I took and was afraid of what to expect next. Immediately after sending Shane an email about my situation, he replied and a...sked me to call any time of the day. Not only was he available when I called, but he was very knowledgeable! He gave me great advice, made me feel secure and offered his services if I needed him in the future. He didn't talk to me once about money and gave me a substantial amount of his time. I am so happy to have found him on avvo! Huge blessing! I would definitely recommend him!!
