I could not be happier with my decision to have Mr. Shane Phelps represent our son! He was extremely flexible as he agreed to meet us for the first time on a Saturday morning, within minutes after we called him. He and his paralegal staff (specifically Ms. Samantha Jones) did an exceptional job wit...h our son’s case. They both took the time to hear all of our concerns and clearly, concisely outlined all the different courses of action including the positives and negatives with each choice. Without hesitation, I give Mr. Phelps my highest recommendation! Great communication, great advice

I was arrested for a DUI by University police even though I agreed to, and passed, the breathalyzer. I was very nervous about how a bogus arrest could impact my livelihood. Shane had a great bedside manner, listened to my scenario, and gave advice that turned out to be exactly what happened. He even ...reached out to the DA on my behalf free of charge. I felt so much better after initially speaking with him and especially after receiving the call that my case had been refused. I wholeheartedly recommend Shane and his team. Samantha is great as well, super communicative and knowledgeable. 2 gig'ems!
