Paternity Fraud, Texas Senate Bill 785

I found out after 13 years that my son wasn't biologically mine. I hired Bruce Smith to help try to salvage my rights to see my son. Bruce and his staff, especially Sasha, did their best to try and help me understand the law and guide me through the process.

Bruce Smith, Attorney Review

We originally hired Bruce to draw up first Temporary then Permanent Managing Conservatorship of a 7 month old little boy. This past summer, we hired Bruce again to handle the final adoption of the little boy who is now our son. He and his staff handled our cases professionally and in a timely man...ner. They worked hard to move our case along in the court system and to get the case before he started school... so he could use his new first name starting in first grade. He also charged a reasonable fee, and kept costs down as much as possible. Can't thank him enough for his work on our case.
