Greg M. Dykeman

I’ve practiced civil trial law in Southeast Texas for over 40 years, representing both individuals and businesses in high-stakes disputes. I’m board certified in Civil Trial Law and have tried more than 100 jury trials in state and federal courts. My practice includes False Claims Act litigation, commercial and contract disputes, business torts, probate and fiduciary litigation, and real estate and construction cases.

I’ve represented relators in multiple Qui Tam actions with total recoveries exceeding $65 million, involving defense contracting, inflated pharmaceutical pricing, and logistics fraud. Outside of FCA work, I frequently handle complex business divorces, ownership disputes, breach of contract cases, and litigation between partners, shareholders, and other stakeholders. I’ve litigated both trial and appellate matters throughout my career.

I also serve as a mediator and special master in civil matters when appointed by the courts. My approach has always been the same: prepare thoroughly, try the case when needed, and stay focused on the result.
