My experience was eerily similar as previous reviewer. She also called me from 25 feet away and walked off. I was left to find my way through a maze. She didn't shake my hand nor introduce herself. Sound Professional? This lady has no social skills. She couldn't tell me if i qualify, nor if so which... chapter until i hired her. All she wanted to do was tell me how much her services costs. I thanked her and left. I went to another lawyer in Nederland. They are very Helpful to say the least.

I did not hire her! I went for my inital consultation and ended up walking out. She was very rude, rolling her eyes at my responses. Took her 15 minutes to come to the lobby to get me, when she did she called my name from about 25 feet away and started walking to her office, leaving me following b...ehind. Seems her hot chocolate was more important to her and worth her time than I was! Very dissapointed in the lack of customer service!
