- Born and raised in SETX
- Graduated from Texas ATM University with a degree in Economics
- While at Texas ATM, Daniel was a four year member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band, The Corps of Cadets, Fish Drill Team, and the National Collegiate Honors Society.
- Graduated from the Univeristy of Houston Law Center
While attending the University of Houston, Daniel focused on learning how to represent his clients in court, taking courses in Trial Advocacy, Negotiation, Mediation, Advanced Trial Advocacy, and participated in Mock Trial his 1L and 2L years. He also interned with the Harris County District Attorney's Office for the 339th Criminal District Court in Harris County.
Since graduating from Law School, Daniel has been a member of the SETX community, representing injured parties throughout the area, and guiding them through the process of restitution for their injuries. Handles my Car Wreck
I was getting no where with the adjuster so I hired this lawyer. He quickly got them to accept liability and quickly got my claim settled. I would hire him again.

worst lawyer you could get
this man works cheap he will make you loose your case don't find out the hard way like I did he will leave you hanging, miss court dates and then lose all your paper work you gave him he is very disorganized you will wish you never hired him he takes your money and you will see
