My friend is using him to fight charges. Let me say, I haven't had much interaction on a personal level with attorneys however, if you want a lawyer who is responsive, calls with updates, visits his clients after court dates, and tells you the truth, (not just what he thinks you want to hear), DO NOT... USE THIS MAN. I wish we would have read his reviews before hiring him. He answers with one word text messages, does not pick up the phone but will text right back asking what you want, lie about upcoming court dates then deny what he said (even though you screen shot him the messages he sent), and then continue to deny he said that. He will have you questioning whether he is mixing his clients up. We are in the process of hiring another attorney and filing a consumer complaint regarding his unprofessional conduct and a grievance with the State Bar of Texas.

This “lawyer” was the most rude sarcastic individual I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. He has had his client in jail all year and has done nothing but reschedule court dates and dodge phone calls. When I questioned his excuses he literally shouted at me. He acts irrational like he is on... drugs. I have heard nothing but awful things about him from anyone who has paid him. He makes false promises. I plan to report him.

I hired him to represent me in a criminal case out of glaveston county. He was cheaper then anyone else but was all that i could afford at the time so I was a little worried what the outcome was going to be. He told me he would get me probation 4 resets and a DA that was against the whole time and th...e judge gave me probation. I know he has a few low scores but dont let that sway you. He is hard to reach sometimes but if he didn't answer that day it was always the next morning. He's a tell it like it is lawyer and will work hard for u!
