Phylis Denny Hazel

I found Ms. Hazel to be well-qualified. She is very organized, very responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. She works very hard on behalf of her clients and does everything in a timely matter. During the entire process, Ms. Hazel was extremely professional and she was thorough and fair about dealing with all parties involved. While I thought that it was my house and I had never even met some of these people, I was very comfortable that legally my attorney provided the least painful solution. This process took about six months from start to finish and I was so relieved when the process was complete and I could move on with anything that I needed or want to do with my property.

Phylis has prepared wills and powers of attorney forms for my family. Additionally she handled an Affadavit of Heirship for another family member. The best thing about Phylis is that she will speak to you in English and not some form of lawyer speak. She has a very good way of "dumbing down" the l...egal mumbo jumbo into layman's terms. While I very rarely rate anyone or service with all excellent reviews, Phylis is an exception. I would absolutely recommend her and plan to continue to utilize her services as the need arises.
