.... BEWARE- BEWARE- BEWARE!!! After my first visit with Mr. Zier he told me he could handle my case involving a real estate contract. I gave him a $5,000 retainer, agreed to pay him $300 per hour, and then gave him all the information about the issues I was having. I did not hear back from him for a... week, then I finally called him. He told me he had a more important case to handle right now and could not get to my case for another several weeks. (This was never mentioned during the first chat I had with him) Finally 3 weeks later he got back to me and told me he could not handle the case on his own due to his work load and that I needed to come up with another $3,500 to retain an attorney friend of his, and his associate from a different firm also charged $50 more per hour them him .( $350 per hour) I told Mr. Zier that I hired him and only him and that I was upset due to his prolonging my case without disclosing that to me initially. He said he would then end the contract with me, and that his bill for me was nearly $4,000. !!! He provided no value to me or my case and I am right where I started.... BEWARE- BEWARE- BEWARE!!!
