Biography
Eric Furey is the founding member of The Furey Law Firm, PLLC. Eric received his B.A . from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia in 1984. He continued his education at the University of Houston Law Center where he was an editor of The Houston Law Review and a member of the Order of the Barrons. He recieved his J.D. in 1987 and began practicing law at Baker & Botts in Houston, Texas.
For two decades, Eric has practiced civil litigation in Brazoria County, Texas. In addition to representing businesses in commercial disputes, he has successfully prosecuted hundreds of injury and death cases on behalf of accident victims and their families against trucking companies, chemical plants, railroads, insurance companies, and ship owners.
