also known as Personal Injury Attorney, Keith B. French Law, PLLC
I choose to solve legal problems for hard-working individuals, families and small companies not only because it’s good business, but because I know that I can offer true value and service to my clients. I know that finding the right attorney can be challenging. Firms offering personal injury and criminal defense services aren’t hard to find, but they’re not all equal. The difference boils down to experience, the power of personality—and commitment.
My parents were my first inspiration. Though they weren’t wealthy and worked long and hard to support us, they always set aside time to serve others in the community. Their passion became my lifelong drive and my commitment. I love to help people, and I truly love being an attorney.
Great representation isn’t simply about understanding the law: it’s about having the ability to influence during negotiations or in being relatable to juries. Effective representation is also about understanding how the system works. I had the great privilege of beginning my career as a law clerk working for a United States District Court Judge. I had the chance to learn how a judge reaches a decision. As a result, I hold a critical advantage over other attorneys: I understand how judges think. Because I know what matters to them, I can advocate more effectively for my clients.
I have represented both individuals and some of the largest companies in the USA and the world in both state and federal courts to protect or recover millions of dollars. I served as Assistant United States Attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office defending our country’s interests against a wide range of civil lawsuits. In short, I know how the other side thinks. I know instinctively their strategies, their intentions and their weaknesses. I know why decisions are made.
I have worked on a wide range of cases, including personal injury and mass torts suits, employment law, social security cases, construction litigation, commercial and business litigation, whistleblower suits, healthcare and financial fraud, and criminal prosecutions. My record of success, whether at trial or in a settlement, is extensive.
I founded Keith B. French Law, PLLC with a single goal: to level the playing field for individuals and small businesses. You shouldn’t have to ask, do I have a chance?
You deserve a fighting chance.

I am pleased with the help I received from Mr. Keith French in the past. He consulted me on a business matter. He was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He provided me with solid information about my concerns. I referred another business partner.
"I have known Keith for over two decades. He has always been an honest, kind, and hardworking person. I enthusiastically endorse his legal services."
