Jennifer Lauren Bergman

This office is unbelievable. She was 2 hours late to our first court date. She grew angry in our first actual "sit down" to discuss my case. Raising her voice. Completely missed 2 of her other client's court on the same day. The 2nd court date, she didnt even attend. Nor told me she wouldn't be there.... Had weeks in advance to let me know. When asked where she was, the courthouse stated she went to New York for the Astros game. The secretary told us she didnt know why she didnt show up but later stated she was "at a conference". I had tried to contact her multiple times concerning my case over the week. Secretary stated she would return my calls, she did not. When I finally got to talk to Mrs. Bergman's legal advisor, I was cussed out about inquiring about my case. Stating " We dont need your BS (used the actual word) and if I dont want her as my laywer I can tell the Judge I need a new one." My case has been reset multiple times and now my court date is less then 1 week away. I am appalled at how this office handles their clientele.

I don't know how Jennifer Bergman's office has been able to maintain their clientele base. After paying this firm a substantial amount of money, I believe this firm never had my best interest in mind. They will not return your phone calls, regardless of promises to do so. They will not keep you up t...o date with your case. They will not let you know in a timely manner when court appearances are. The only court date I had, ( which I had to beg and fight for), Jennifer was over 30 minutes late! After being late, she was unfamiliar with my case, and gave the other side everything they asked for without even trying to defend me. I could have defended myself better without a tardy lawyer. If you want to lose your case, then I recommend Jennifer Bergman's office. However, if you want a fighting chance, I recommend ANYONE else.
