Fighting to protect the rights of good people with diligence and integrity is my passion. After doing commercial litigation at a firm in Galveston, Texas for almost 5 years, I have opened my own practice with a primary office located in Lake Jackson, Texas and currently also serve of counsel to the Law Offices of Alex R. Hernandez Jr. PLLC with offices in San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Austin and Corpus Christi.  I have represented clients large and small for over 10 years in both state and federal court all over the great State of Texas. My practice has a focus on business law, intellectual property and music law helping inventors, musicians, photographers, and other creative people advance their businesses and protect their intellectual property—patent, trademark and copyright.  As a former research chemist, I have hands-on experience with how the law affects technology and the creative process.  But my firm also has experience in common legal matters, including wills and probate, first party insurance claims, family law, Social Security disability claims, and civil litigation.
