Biography
S. Benjamin Shabot is a native Galvestonian and former felony prosecutor. Mr. Shabot gained invaluable trial experiences in his years with the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office. Today, Mr. Shabot is dedicated to helping those who have been hurt by the negligent actions of others. Mr. Shabot has helped secure millions of dollars in damages for clients and handles a wide variety of cases including auto accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, maritime injury, and class actions. Mr. Shabot sits on the board of The Child Advocacy Center and is currently a member of The State Bar of Texas, The Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and The Galveston County Bar Association.
Mr. Shabot is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas as well as all state courts.

Used car salesman, watering down bdag
Every time we talked I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. I couldn't tell when he was being honest or just leading me on. I felt for a simple case there was a lot of time spent 'doing research' all of which felt like Google.
