Christopher Michael Lamm

Chris Lamm is a partner in the Galveston office of Greer, Herz & Adams, L.L.P.  He concentrates his practice in corporate transactions, insurance, securities, and privacy law.   Chris also works closely with foundations and non-profit corporations.

Chris has represented numerous business entities, foundations and non-profit corporations from the initial stage of formation through the final stage of termination, as well as advising such entities on the various legal issues arising during operations.  In connection with such representation, he has negotiated, drafted and reviewed various agreements with third parties as well as internal policies and procedures.  

Chris has also provided counsel to various Boards of Directors, Board Committees and corporate officers with respect to a broad range of corporate governance matters.  

In addition, he has represented both purchasers and sellers in a variety of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.  

With respect to privacy law, Chris has advised clients of and drafted policies and procedures relating to the regulatory requirements of various federal and state privacy laws including data breach response and personal financial and health information privacy and security.
