I don’t even know where to begin with my review. In one of the worst situations of my life, Kristina was there for me in more ways than one. In January of 2018, I was charged with DWI and open container. I moved to Florida shortly afterwards, but still was tied up in Brazoria county with this case.... Because I lived so far away, Kristina did my initial consultation via phone so I wouldn’t have to make an unnecessary trip back to Texas. She was extremely thorough and even genuine— which can sometimes be hard to establish over phone. She assured me that she would be with me every step of the way, and she absolutely was. When we sat down to review the discovery, she was more than just my lawyer, she was a friend. The whole time, I can sum it up in one way. She cares. My case was resolved in less than 10 months of the initial charge, which is no small feat. My criminal DWI charge was draped to reckless driving, and there will be nothing on my record to indicate that I’ve ever been charged with one. I found myself in trouble in July of 2015, went to court in April 2016 and had another attorney. Wish I had learned about Steve O Gonzalez, things probably would've been different. I ended signing for 3 years as deffered adjudication for possession of control substance less than a gram of thc concen...trate in Brazoria County. Around August I was arrested for reckless driving on my to work as I was late and not paying attention to my speed. Because of that arrest my probation officer sent a motion to adjudicate guilt to the judge. I wanted a different attorney than I had for my possession charge and a good friend told me to go talk to Steve O Gonzalez. I called up Steve O Gonzalez's office and was set up for consultation immediately. I was blown away with the professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to have me as a client. Months went by until a no-bond warrant was issued for the motion to adjudicate guilt. Steve set me a date to turn myself in so I wouldn't spend much time in jail. I was in shock I've been on probation in my late teens and early twenties and always received extra punishment for any motion. I was then moved to the other court room for my reckless driving charge where Kristina was there to plead my case. I plead guilty and only had to pay a small fine and take a defensive driving course. I recently landed myself in some more trouble and immediately hired Steve O Gonzalez and Kristina King again. They are both reassuring, easy contact and the best attorneys I've ever dealt with and I have used a handful of attorneys in my younger days.
