I hired him back in May and we went to court one time and since then we settled outside of court. I sent the terms of our agreement to him to draw up the papers and he dodged my calls, never returned my messages, never called my ex's attorney back, never did the papers, and when I was able to get him... on the phone he lied and kept saying for months he was almost done with the papers. I have since received a default court date from the court because nothing has been done with a case that was pretty much settled. He took our money and did no real work, he's a thief. I have gathered evidence of every attempt to contact him, and every attempt my ex's attorney has made to contact him, every email, call logs, and sent them to the ethics board and the Texas state bar. This man is a crook and a liar and I would NOT hire him. Now we have paid him thousands and he only appeared one time for us and we have proof of all of it. Find another attorney
