We hired Shannon to represent us in a CPS custody case. She spent time with us whenever we needed her and answered all our questions and calmed our fears. I met with Shannon Tigner and discussed my situation with her we talked for a fairly long time. She assured me that she would do all she could to represent me in my divorce! She took payment up front and I paid all of her fee up front! She did nothing else, I tried to call her on several occasions ...I got nothing but another bill that I didn't owe.
