This attorney was court appointed to my husband. He and I BOTH tried many, many times to contact him. He would NOT answer calls or texts. He told me if I wanted a faster attorney, go hire one. So, I ended up doing that. Dahlenberg had ME trying to do work he should have been doing, such as talking t...o the prosecutor. Which, he NEVER did. 2 months my husband has been sitting in county jail, waiting to talk to this guy... the new attorney took care of everything Fri (in 4 hours). Hopefully husband will be home this week.... NO THANKS TO MIKE DAHLENBERG! He will tell you what you want to hear at first, then he disappears!

He will tell you what you want to hear-how hard he will work for you and soon as he gets your money-( and he definitely drains you of all you have ) he quits working. Talks about himself and even goes and visits with others on your time and charges you heavily for it. Is very condescending and doesn'...t let you speak. He took it to a mediator 1 month shy of the ten year mark-when I specified that it had to be afterwards. When I went to read my papers he told e it wasn't necessary because he read them and he knows best- I didn't even get the bare bottom split-everything was signed over to my husband -told me to go live on my social security which wouldn't even pay for housing. If you want some one interested in your welfare -look elsewhere. I left off the bad stuff because he is vindictive.

When you hire an attorney you are looking for representation. You must keep close documentation of your communication with him - he is in business to make a living and not look out for his client's best interest. My husband hired an attorney that gave him a nice folder with copies of everything. M...ike is slick - he sucks you in by telling you what you want to hear - pay him some money and the story changes - he claims he never said what he did. I didn't hire an attorney to have to protect myself from my con-artist attorney. Attorney's are a dime a dozen and their are ones much better!!
