Beware ATTORNEY Joe I. Zaid and his brother John K. Zaid and their office renter attorney Sam W Veenstra at the time of the Theft of my MVA monies by Joe I Zaid and TheftSam Veenstra and John K. Zaid based on my "factual" dealings and loss with these 3 Attorney who violated Texas.Penal Code - §... 38.12 (2), clearly states: A person commits an "offense" if, with intent to "obtain an economic" benefit, the person: (2)"solicits" employment, either in "person or by telephone". 1- I did not or could not request legal assitance from any Attorney including Sam Veenstra and Joe Isam Zaid because I lacked the mental capacity" and did know so further foreign, or had ever hired the Zaid Brothers in the past. Sam W Veenstra who I had hired for an HOA matter and met one time a couple of months earlier. They engaged in "theft" by "trick" lead by Sam W Veenstra and Joe Isam Zaid of my MVA Insurance funds and "lying" in a premeditated/calculated campaign of “deceit" to enrich attorney Joe I Zaid more than $ 70,000.00 and John K Zaid and Sam Walter Veenstra of $ 22,222.22 each and later more from my HOA and Judgement for Sam Veenstra of my near death MVA. These (2), Zaid brothers and Sam Veenstra not only violated the "Texas Penal" Code - § 38.12 (2) but did so by Attorneys Sam Veenstra and Joe I. Zaid who "covertly snucked" by my nurses and doctors station" into my ICU room at Clear lake Hospital and violated Texas law in order to "solicit" employment for Joe I Zaid and eventual Sam and "enrich" themself by dividing all my MVA Monies by 3 $ 77,777.77 1 instead of only one Attorney working my MVA Joe I Zaid for 22,222.22 while I was "mentally" and "physically" "incapacitated" in ICU. Joe I. Zaid also violated Rule 1.02 (2) of the Texas Rules of Professional Conduct, and several others!. "Fact" and 2- I had an excellent Texas MVA Attorney in Dallas Texas if I needed one. Their violation of the Texas Penal" Code resulted in them to illegaly and without work by Sam Veenstra and John K. Zaid on my MVA Joe Islam Zaid ended enrich themself each in the amount of $ 22,222.22. And Attorney Sam Veenstra admitted to the group SCAM. Plus, these, crooked Attorneys also cheated me out of recovering from Medicare non MVA related charges after taking this money refusing to recover the court ordered $ 13,000.00 judgement for me from the driver who T- boned me. All 3 attorneys, in my opinion, are guilty! of collusion, theft of MVA monies, breach of trust, theft by trick / deceit of my insurance funds. These Attorneys should be "disbarred" for life. UNTIL THEN BEWARE AVOID THESE CROOKED ATTORNEY'S AT ALL COSTS
