Referred to this lawyer by a friend as he was highly recommended. A nice person in all but not sure of his attorney skills. The result was that after a year in and out of court, and several thousand dollars later the case remained as when we started. Had to constantly refresh the attorney of case det...ails, provide tons of paperwork which I got the impression were never thoroughly gone through otherwise would not have to remind of case issue and details. Office staff was very good about collecting money or would threathen to withdrawl just before hearing date. At court the attorney would appear confused and uniformed over case points, and lacked negotiations skills to contend with opossing lawyer. Attorney seemed unprepared and evetually lack the luster as he tried cases that were not his main practice. Did not provide itmemized service statement for services only a call that our bill was due payment.
