Hired this guy several years ago .. I recently found out the work he did for me wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. I reached out to him about the problem . I told him he should fix this screw up free of charge ..He focused on the free of charge. I never heard back from him.. I felt like s...ince he didn’t do it right it the first place and I paid him back then that he should fix it free of charge .. I hired a new lawyer that knew what he was doing and he was able to fix the mess this guy left me with.. If you hire him just be warned his screw ups might come back to bite you in the butt later on …He never even apologized !!!!

Both of the partners are very good! They represented me on a custody case - I got custody! - and they did a terrific job!!! I thoroughly enjoyed watching Will in the courtroom, he's REALLY, REALLY good!! I had Mr. Patterson's personal cell number for after hours calls and it came in handy a few times.... The fees where more than fair (even if the total amount did sting a bit, I was lower than many others I called. WILL told be he was just passing along his savings for not having a secretary and remaining in his home office. (There previous office was damaged during Hurricane Ike) I would, and I have, recommended Sandel and Patterson to others seeking an attorney!!! Both Will and Partner-Wife René are brilliant, they know the law and how to use it, and they CARE about their clients.

He didn't return my phone calls for 10 weeks and didn't return my emails for 5 weeks straight. He kept asking for things that I had already sent him. He is rude when talking to you. And he tried to charge more than what he originally quoted me. Thankfully, he forgot he sent me the original quote via ...email and I held him to it. He took an already stressful situation and made it so much worse by not staying in contact and, in general, being very unprofessional. Stay clear of Patterson.

Patterson is the WORST attorney we could have possibly hired. He was given an abundant amount of information to assist us in our case and never bothered to read it. There was so much information about the other party that we believe could have won this case but every time we sat down with him he just... spoke of money and asked for information already sent multiple times that he never bothered to look at. His excuse was he was working on other "big" cases. If he didn't want to do our case he should not have agreed to it. The case ended in a settlement situation in which he again admitted to not knowing our case information and talked of money. We "lost" and had to settle because after all of our fighting we ended up with a horrible attorney that did nothing to help us. He sure did make sure he got his money from us. Thousands spent for him to not bother reading any countless documents sent. Do NOT hire this attorney! He will waste your money and time.
