Mark Fischer

I know whenever somebody has to use a lawyer the concerns of expenses, ease, and communication usually are the first things that come to mind. Mark Fischer has mastered all of those. In our consultation he was very upfront. I knew exactly what my cost was and he also worked with me with payment, beca...use he understands not everyone is walking around with just cash saved up. This made my stress level go significantly down. Also his communication is the greatest I have dealt with by far. His response time is very quick, and if he will be in court he lets you know ahead of time. Always kept me in the loop, and always answered any question that I had about my case. He explained to me step by step on what was happening in my case and discussed with me which way he felt we should go, but leaving it up to me to make the decision. He doesn't nickel and dime every email you send him or every text he receives. If he can save you money by letting you know you can do something yourself, he will let you know. ALOT of lawyers I know are not like this anymore and already make a difficult experience even more miserable. Mark Fischer is not one of those lawyers and I would recommend him over and over again!
