Mr. Cavanaugh helped me with Ch 7 during a difficult time in Summer 2020. His rates were reasonable, and he explained things very well and he offered lots of guidance throughout the process. The outcome was satisfactory, and I felt that Mr. Cavanaugh had prepared me for every curve ball and even cal...led into the 341 meeting (which is not always done). I had several initial consultations before visiting Cavanaugh (who met me in person), and this was the only one which was actually helpful. I appreciated that Mr. Cavanaugh was familiar with the local rules and procedures and the trustees. My only "complaint" is that the BK software he's using seems to be outdated and somewhat glitchy.
