Charles Hammond did not dedicate the time he promised to my case. He cost me $3000 more than I originally owed on my taxes

To save the integrity of his law firm, Charles Hammond should have told me he did not have time to dedicate to my case and encouraged me to continue my search for a lawyer that was better suited for my type of case. His staff is unknowlegabe, never returns calls or seems to know anything regarding m...y case. They do make excuses well. I ended up paying the IRS and extra $3000 over the amount of my tax discrepancy. I was then reminded that I was only charged $500 to take the case. A point that in many earlier phone calls and a meeting that I specifically asked if I need to pay more money to get my case handled appropriately. I could go into great detail, but it is just a waste of time and energy at this point. If you are looking for a good tax attorney do not look to Charles Hammond at ProtaxCouncil.
