Rachael Eileen Stuhr

Ms. Stuhr is licensed in the State of Texas. She began her legal career as an Associate Attorney in litigation firm Doyle, Restrepo, Harvin, & Robbins, LLP. While there, she obtained meaningful experience in all stages of litigation. She worked on contract disputes involving damages in the tens of millions, cross-border discovery via the Hague Evidence Convention, and foreign jurisdiction law. Ms. Stuhr also maintained a docket of cases involving Deceptive Trade Practices Act and Texas Insurance Code violations, in addition to trucking litigation.

At Onal Gallant & Partners (formerly John Onal & Associates PC), Rachael Stuhr represents clients in commercial, business, and intellectual property disputes. Ms. Stuhr acts as lead counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants, in cases involving everything from small claims to hundreds of millions in damages. Ms. Stuhr’s demonstrated strategy and skill in litigation, business sense, and client focus provide for superior representation from the first sign of a problem, all the way through trial.

Ms. Stuhr received her Juris Doctorate from University of Houston Law Center, where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, an active member of the Mock Trial Team, student attorney in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, and President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Organization.

While in law school, Ms. Stuhr served as Research Assistant to University of Houston Law Center Dean Leonard Baynes, Judicial Intern to Justice Russell Lloyd in the First Court of Appeals of Texas, and Law Clerk in the immigration firm Graves & Graves, P.C.

Ms. Stuhr double majored in Film and Digital Media and Psychology at Baylor University.
