Why make things more complicated than they need to be. Just contact the clerk of the court where you got divorced and get a copy of your divorce...

I believe the appropriate question was her need. I would think that absent a showing of her need, a range between $600 to $1000 would be fair.

As for the not calling, you can address this in court. As for his not coming, no. I would recommend family counselling by court order.
