Dean Allen Hrbacek

Mr. Hrbacek, who is Board Certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is also a Certified Public Accountant, has over 25 years representing private entities and individuals in litigation involving tax controversies and business disputes and in business planning, estate planning and probate and in real estate matters. Mr. Hrbacek has also represented entities and individuals In the United States Tax Court and before the Internal Revenue Service in regards to tax controversy matters.

Mr. Hrbacek is President of Hrbacek Law Firm, P.C. which was formed in 2014 and was formerly with Hrbacek & Associates, P.C. Mr. Hrbacek has practiced in the Sugar Land area since 1988.

Not only has Mr. Hrbacek served as the Mayor of Sugar Land (1996-2002), he remains involved in the community by serving on many boards and leading community efforts. His involvement has included: Council Member for the City of Sugar Land (1993-1996), Director on the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority and the Fort Bend Grand Parkway Toll Road Authority, Board Member on the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Sugar Land Town Square Development Authority, Director of the Houston/Galveston area council, Director of the Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council, Grand Jury Commissioner, and Legal Counsel for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and Fort Bend Cares.

Mr. Hrbacek has been married to Jenny for over 30 years and has three children. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, traveling and golf.
