I hired Syngman R. Stevens Law Firm on November 19, 2023, based on a family friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience over the past 16 months has been disappointing, and I would not recommend their services. 1. Communication Issues & Delayed Responses Getting updates was a consistent ...struggle. My calls and emails often went unanswered unless related to a potential settlement. My questions about my medical treatment were largely overlooked, and by the time I received a response, it was too late to continue the care I needed. 2. High-Pressure Tactics During Settlement During the settlement process, I was strongly discouraged from reading the full terms of an important legal document. When I expressed concern, I felt pressured to sign quickly and blamed for delays. On March 5, 2025, I received correspondence stating that if I didn’t sign promptly, there could be financial consequences involving legal fees deducted from my settlement. Rather than helping me understand the terms, I felt rushed and unsupported. 3. Unkept Promises & Last-Minute Actions The firm assured me they would negotiate my medical expenses but did not take action until I refused to finalize the agreement without documentation. If I hadn’t paused and asked questions, I might have accepted a settlement that left me with unanswered concerns and reduced compensation.

He did everything to get my case going and dismissed as fast as possible . No getting the run around . Very upfront and informative . Very punctual , will honestly highly recommend. First time ever needing a lawyer and he was very helpful and answered all my questions and put my mind at ease , knowin...g he was on the case.

My grandson just kept getting into trouble. Me. Syngman fought hard with all of his cases to make sure that he did not have to serve time. He was able to get him probation. He is a dedicated lawyer and Ms. Isabella. She always called and informed on the next steps. Thank you Mr. Syngman for all that ...you do.

If they don’t call you or call you right back it’s because THEY ARE WORKING! Let them do their job if they need you for a...nything information they will call you, but trust the process of hard work & dedication they have towards their clients because they actually care & they are straightforward and very professional.! I’m just really thankful for them both & very satisfied!

Was very honest and explanatory about the process from the beginning. Being with a disability he took the time and patience. Kept his word from the beginning no "jail" time and Even allowed me the process of a payment arrangement and was patient through the process. The team is very oriented and on... task.
