Licensed since 1987, Mr. LoPiccolo is an experienced trial attorney now working for the citizens of Fort Bend County. Over the years, Mr. LoPiccolo has handled a variety of matters including marine and land-based personal injury and premises liability defense and construction litigation. Since joining the Fort Bend County Attorney's Office, he has been in charge of defending a number of civil rights cases, prosecuting certain types of regulatory enforcement actions. He is heavily involved in assisting the County in acquiring real property for public works projects, whether through negotiated purchases or, where necessary, in compliance with the statutory and constiitutional due process provisions governing the power of eminent domain.
