I would not recommend Danny Hoke as an amicus attorney in a family court case. In my experience, he was unresponsive, dismissive, and appeared more focused on fees than helping facilitate healthy communication and reunification between parent and child. I felt that he was biased and judgmental thr...oughout the case and did not fairly consider my concerns or efforts to comply with court requirements. Communication was poor, and I often felt ignored despite repeated attempts to cooperate and resolve issues regarding visitation and co-parenting. Families going through difficult custody litigation need an amicus attorney who is neutral, professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on the child’s best interests. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would encourage other parents to carefully research and consider all options before retaining or agreeing to work with this attorney. You will regret hiring him, like me. This man is a perfect example why people don’t like attorneys. If you don’t pay him, he will turn on you.
