First of all I'm a very very polite person because i treat people the way i want to be treated ... that been said, Mrs searle which is the lady that answers the phone was VERY VERY VERY RUDE with ZERO MANNERS; I called to explain to her the outcome of my case and my thoughts on it and she immediately... started raising her voice and getting ANGRY. I told her there where was no communication from their part and i would've like to know more about the whole court process (this is my 2nd ticket EVER ) so my knowledge on this is small to nothing which is the reason why i hired them, as i was explaining to her she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME and when i tried to call back she NEVER answered. I came here because i was recommend by a friend, i felt a little off whenever i started reading the reviews but i trusted my friends feedback... ALL OF THE REVIEWS TALK BAD ABOUT HER AND IT IS TRUE SHE IS A VERY RUDE WOMAN.

I called Mr. Searle's office in desperate need of assistance. I lost my traffic ticket and couldn't remember which court I was supposed to be in or what day I was supposed to be there. His assistant Marissa was so helpful and patient with me. She took the time to search all the courts to find my c...ourt and date. Then she reset my date so I had an extra 3 months before I had to be in court!! The attorney was so nice and was able to get my ticket dismissed! No extra money out of my pocket. I highly recommend this firm!

the lawyer did not defend me....gave me option for deferred or driving class....I could have gotten this with out paying for a lawyer. a lady hit my truck and I got a ticket because the cop said that is the only way to fight my innocents ..is in court....Otherwise he wasn't going to write me a ticke...t....not I am out $100 to the lazy lawyer who didn't defend me.and also have to pay for driving class and court payment...THANKS!....I will let everyone know NOT to contact this office...When i called to speak to Marisa...I was trying to explain what happened And that I wasn't happy....she hung up on me...she was NOT PROFESSIONAL.

The reptionist was nice and taught me about wildlife in Houston while I was holding. Seems odd at first, but there is nothing like getting a quick mental break from a miserable situation. It definitely beats hold music or small talk. I never had to step foot in their office. I got a letter a couple w...eeks before my court date and followed the instructions exactly. I got to court early, sat in silence for 20 minutes, listened to the bailiff speak, listened to the judge speak, shook the attorneys hand, sat for another 15 minutes, and walked out with my case dismissed.

My wife, my children and I have been using Kameron Searle's office to help us protect our driving records for almost a decade. Mr. Searle and the attorneys that work with him are very professional. The most recent ticket was one my son got about 6 months ago. It was dismissed because of some type of... technical problem with the complaint. If you get a traffic ticket in Houston, I recommend this law firm very highly.
