I hired Beth to draw up several legal documents concerning estate planning, (e.g. wills, POA, advanced directive, etc.). Beth was timely and accommodating regarding my wife's inability to travel to her office. Beth deliver the paper to the house which was very helpful. Beth research options concer...ning qualification for medicaid regarding assets at no extra charge.

EXCELLENT LAWYER

Mrs. Serafini-Smith was referred to me thru my employer, Beacon Federal Credit Union. My husband and I had her draw up our estate planning documents. I'm in my late 20's and my husband is in his mid 30's. It is something we had been looking into for a while, due to my husband having children from ...a previous marriage. She took time to answer any and every question and concern we had. She is very easy to get ahold to as well, I contacted her multiple times with our various questions and concerns and she was always quick to respond. I had her change a few things multiple times and she was always quick getting me the corrected documentation. I would highly recommend her.
