Beth has prepared several legal documents for my family - most recently wills for my wife and myself. She has always been responsive to our questions and concerns. She listens and gives complete and easy to understand answers to questions. I recommend her without reservation.

Explained in detail

Had previous will and testaments documents that I needed to revise. Beth took time to sit down and review with me, explained some of the changes I may want to make, and answered any questions I had promptly. She is available and responds to your emails and/or phone calls quickly.

Very personable and knowledgable attorney

Beth was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process of preparing my Will. This was the first time for me to have a Will prepared and she was very patient with me and took the time to explain why certain paragraphs were needed with regard to the laws of the state of Texas. I liked the ...small office atmosphere, I don't feel like I'm paying for a group of attorneys, just my attorney. Beth was very personable and I wouldn't hesitate to call her if I had a question or needed more legal assistance.

Review of Serafini-Smith Law Firm

I was in search of an attorney in Katy, Tx that could re-do my Will and I also needed a Power of Attorney. After contacting one attorney, she wanted to charge me a $250 consultation fee as well as charge me for the Will and POA. I contacted Serafini-Smith and talked to Beth and she confirmed she di...dn't charge for a consultation fee, I was sold after that and hired her. We set up an appointment and met to go over want I wanted and she was very professional and very helpful as I really didn't know exactly what I wanted so she was able to guide me. I wanted to also give the remaining of my money to a charity if there weren't any descendants and she kept me informed of what we needed to do. She also returned my phone calls, emails or text me to keep me informed. I highly recommend Serafini-Smith Law Firm.
