Review of Serafini-Smith Law Firm

I was in search of an attorney in Katy, Tx that could re-do my Will and I also needed a Power of Attorney. After contacting one attorney, she wanted to charge me a $250 consultation fee as well as charge me for the Will and POA. I contacted Serafini-Smith and talked to Beth and she confirmed she di...dn't charge for a consultation fee, I was sold after that and hired her. We set up an appointment and met to go over want I wanted and she was very professional and very helpful as I really didn't know exactly what I wanted so she was able to guide me. I wanted to also give the remaining of my money to a charity if there weren't any descendants and she kept me informed of what we needed to do. She also returned my phone calls, emails or text me to keep me informed. I highly recommend Serafini-Smith Law Firm.

Highly recommended!

Beth did a fantastic job of staying on top of deadlines and making sure everything was submitted to the court in a timely fashion in the matters of my parents' estates. She was direct and forthright and made sure all was well taken care of. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowl...edgeable and focused attorney in the areas in which she practices.

EXCELLENT LAWYER

Mrs. Serafini-Smith was referred to me thru my employer, Beacon Federal Credit Union. My husband and I had her draw up our estate planning documents. I'm in my late 20's and my husband is in his mid 30's. It is something we had been looking into for a while, due to my husband having children from ...a previous marriage. She took time to answer any and every question and concern we had. She is very easy to get ahold to as well, I contacted her multiple times with our various questions and concerns and she was always quick to respond. I had her change a few things multiple times and she was always quick getting me the corrected documentation. I would highly recommend her.
