I am a Texas attorney practicing in the following legal areas: construction, intellectual property, business & commercial formation and litigation, contracts and wills. I'm from Texas and have had great respect and admiration for the many small buisness owners and entrepeneurs I've had the honor to meet and serve during my formative years and my professional career.
This is especially true of constructors, whom I have found are in need of a different type of laywer, one who is attuned to the industry, the specific laws governing construction, and most critically, an attorney who has a strong apptidtude for practical solutions.
Though I enjoy litigation (strangely) and jump at the chance to represent my clients in court, it is almot a universal truth that, had my client's contacted me sooner, even more expense and frustration could have been avoided.
