Rowdy Haack

Mr. Haack is an excellent attorney who will fight for your rights as a landowner. Before law school, Rowdy worked as a realtor in his family’s real estate office in Waller, Texas. His real estate background makes him very comfortable with issues involving property valuation. During law school, he discovered eminent domain law and knew he wanted to defend landowners from the government taking their land.

Following law school, he worked for the Texas Attorney General’s Office, handling eminent domain for the Texas Department of Transportation. His time at the Attorney General’s Office was invaluable. In the early stages of his career, he quickly learned to manage an extensive docket of his own cases. Rowdy handled numerous hearings arguing over the value of land and found ways to settle cases when necessary. More importantly, he learned how the State operates when taking your land, and how to make sure you are not taken advantage of.
