Noah Douglas Johnson

I've sworn the support and defend the Constitution of the United States no fewer than three times in my life: first, as a United States Marine Officer; second, as a prosecutor in Waller County, Texas; and most recently as a Judge Advocate (JAG) officer in the Texas Army National Guard. I love this country and the freedoms that it provides. One of the most fundamental freedoms we have enshrined in our Bill of Rights is the right to Due Process under the law. What does that mean? It means that the State and Federal authorities must prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, in a court of law, that you committed a crime. It also entitles you to a lawyer to assist you in your defense.

Think about that for a moment: the Founding Father's didn't provide citizens the right to a doctor, priest, or bartender. When your life, liberty, or property are on the line, its essential you have a good lawyer at your side. I am honored to be entrusted with that tremendous responsibility with my clients.

Having served as a prosecutor at both the state (with Waller County) and federal (as a JAG) level, I know more than most how far the state will go to get a conviction. I also know where a case is weak, strong, and where battles can and should be fought in order for you to ge the justice to which you are entitled. 

In additon to my work as an attorney, I am happy to have the completely unwarranted love of my beautiful wife and two sons and two dogs. I love to watch the Astros, Texans, and Aggies whenever I can. In addition, I spend my remaining free time training for Spartan Races (come compete with me outside of Dallas in October!).
