Horrible. David Bonham lawyer. Horrible! Had a deed prepared by him and to make a long story short he did not do his job and tried to copy the legal description off of a tax certificate (which he didn't even get right) the actual description is metes and bounds. Now he wants to charge $250 to redo ...
