We hired Tanner to help us clear title to sell a lot that my father owned before his death - unfortunately, my father had no will or trust. Tanner was helpful in guiding us in the right direction so that we can hopefully sell this lot in the near future. His communication was outstanding - we are s...till in the process of clearing up last minute paperwork on our side (once again, we are located outside of Texas) but Tanner has given specific instructions on completing everything.
