Based in Houston, I represent Veterans nationwide in VA disability claims and appeals, with a practice devoted exclusively to helping former service members secure the benefits they earned through their service. My goal is simple: to be the trusted, go-to advocate Houston Veterans call when the VA denies, underrates, or delays their case.

Before joining Berry Law, one of the nation’s leading veterans disability firms, I spent more than a decade inside the federal government as an attorney with the Social Security Administration’s Office of General Counsel. I served as Assistant Regional Counsel and represented the United States in federal district and circuit courts, handling complex disability and administrative law appeals. That experience gave me an insider’s understanding of how government agencies evaluate evidence, apply regulations, and defend their decisions. I now use this knowledge to hold the VA accountable for my clients.

Today, I focus exclusively on Veterans disability law, including service connection, rating increases, higher-level reviews, Board appeals, and cases involving years of back pay. Veterans deserve more than paperwork. They deserve strategic, experienced representation from an attorney who knows the system and fights to win.
