Andrea Cagle Villegas is the founder of Cagle Villegas Law Firm, PLLC—a boutique law practice in Cypress, Texas, specializing in immigration, family and business law. Whether navigating complex immigration pathways, handling family matters or structuring business operations, Andrea and her team are trusted advocates delivering clarity, compassion, and trusted solutions.

Andrea founded her firm in 2025 after more than a decade of leadership at the intersection of law, business, and corporate strategy. As former General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for both public and private companies in the energy, construction and renewables sectors, she led legal, HR, compliance, and finance functions—building functions and teams from the ground up, managing litigation and negotiating over $500 million in commercial transactions.

Her dedication to serving vulnerable communities took root during her time at South Texas College of Law Houston, where she earned her J.D. Andrea volunteered in the immigration clinic, was honored with the Pro Bono Honors Award, and studied U.S. Supreme Court jurisprudence under Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg through a study-abroad program in Malta.

She now serves on the board of Somos Latina Lawyers, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering Latina attorneys through mentorship, community, and leadership development. She continues to give back through pro bono work with organizations such as Houston Volunteer Lawyers and others, channeling her legal expertise to uplift immigrant families and support small business owners in building secure, successful futures.
