Never wanted to meet up pleaded several tines, never gave invoices or went over a payment plan until they case was over, wasnt prepared for the case for trial, cost me everything i loved, was always reassuring it would go in my favor, never filed things i asked her to do, did what she wanted cause it... would harm my case if she did it! Her and the other parties attorney act pretty chummy, i told her i was fireing her and she has yet to do paperwork, she doesnt share things as she should with her clients, got but on the back burner all this time, im so disappointed that a lawyer would do this to her clients

Run, she’s a thief. I’m having trouble finding the right words to explain this woman, so this review doesn’t get taken down. Her own colleagues call her a temu lawyer. Me and my husband hired Bianca in May, and gave her a 5,000 dollar retainer which she stole, we fired her in September as she had d...one nothing for our case but waste time and money. She gave about a dozen deadlines she missed, coming up with a new excuse every time. And that’s not an exaggeration it was over 12 missed deadlines. Towards the end we started getting frustrated, Bianca told us herself if it wasn’t done by September 5th she would refund most our money. We fired her September 7th because it still wasn’t done, and instead of refunding us most our retainer like she previously said, she sent us an itemized bill at the end saying we owed her over $700 more dollars, just to be bitter and petty. We’d already paid her over $5,400. On this same bill she also charged us a filing fee, for a lawsuit she never filed, and fabricated hours for work she clearly hadn’t done. Fraudulent billing clear as day. I think this woman is outright incompetent at her job, and a criminal working behind a law degree she’s too dumb to deserve. An AWFUL attorney. We’ve already started the process of filing a grievance with the Texas State Bar. Save your time and money, she’s been a nightmare to deal with. Also I think it’s worth mentioning, in the first draft of the lawsuit she never filed (but still tried charging us for filling AFTER she was fired), she spelt my husband’s name wrong almost every time and got MANY details wrong. Embarrassing. She tried charging us over $6,100, and all she did was send a letter. I truly don’t understand how this woman is licensed, and isn’t appalled by her own actions. If I was that bad at my job I don’t think I’d be able to sleep at night. An awful attorney, and with the way she does business and steals, all ima say is sometimes God makes the outside reflect the inside perfectly if you catch my drift.

RUN AWAY, SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. WORST LAWYER EVER!! DO NOT HIRE UNLES YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. Hired Bianca from 3/24-11/24. From the very start I thought I was being scammed. Bianca was never communicative with me, I caught her lying to me about filing the petition, which took her 6 months to fi...le. She kept confusing another relationship with this court case (which she brought up in court, super embarrassing), she didn't know the subjects name of the case. She scheduled a hearing for a day that I was coming back home from a major surgery that I had planned for months, then on the day of court she didn't show up and I had to tell her she had court today and the judge was looking for her. She misplaced my affidavit in May and didn't tell me until July, which I then had to resend her to get the petition going, which didn't matter since it took 6 months to file anyway. Finally, got a response for court and didn't let me know until almost 2 weeks later. Every time I told her I was frustrated; she ignored the emails and text messages. I honestly don't know how she is a licensed lawyer. There are days that I took off work because she told me we have court and ended up actually not having court or she didn't show up. It would take me weeks to be able to get ahold of her. It is now December, and she told me she misplaced my paperwork to send back. I told her I was filing a grievance and then suddenly she found my paperwork. By this time, I have asked at least 3 times for her to send my paperwork back. I paid to have my paperwork sent to her and she made me pay to have my paperwork sent back to her because she got her feelings hurt and refused to pay for it to be sent back. This is how you know for sure she is not a good person. I don't care how hurt you are, your word is who you are as a person, and she never stuck to her word. Bianca not once called or got back to me when she said she would in the entire 8 months we worked together. Her excuse was because she was busy. You're that busy that you can't call or send a text every single time I contact you, then why are you even a lawyer. How do you not have a reminder or calendar if your losing confidential/important paperwork and forgetting to call your clients? All of this and more, I will be filing a grievance and sending proof and documents of all this information. She should not be a lawyer, and no one should have to go through this emotional stress that was put on me.

She wasted 5 months of my time and accomplished me absolutely NOTHING! I have $6,500 out because of her for absolutely NOTHING! And a little FYI, if you ask her whenever she’s going to work on your case(s) even after she promises to file petitions many many times and then she still never files ...them, she will get super angry just for asking whenever she going to file it/them???!!!! She will also misspell your name wrong over and over and care less about it! Bottom line though, she’s the typical type attorney who wants to be paid in full up front and then of course she has ZERO incentive to actually work on your case(at least this is what happened in my situation). Oh, and after she blew me off on first case for a few weeks and wouldn’t ever respond to my email, text messages, or phone calls and I asked for my $ back to went BIZARK on both my wife and I and THEN she wrote this to me in an email asking for another chance and then whenever I gave her another chance she did the same thing all over again! Soon, I will be seeing her in a court room! From her: Grayson, I have zero excuse for what I did and how I treated you and your wife. I am asking you to please find it in your heart to forgive me. I was wrong and I wish I had known that all those calls were you trying to reach me. All the while I thought it was a solicitation call. I checked my voicemails pretty regularly and did not hear a messag from you. At any rate, I have attached a draft of the pleading for your review and approval. Again, please allow me to file this pleading on Monday. I will NEVER disrespect you or your wife again. I am embarrassed and ashamed of myself for not showing more professionalism. Also, I would like to pay out of pocket for service of process by the Sheriff. Please forgive me and allow me one more opportunity to help you resolve this matter.
