Approximately 4 months ago I was arrested and charged under false accusations for a crime I did NOT commit. I had recently been released from TDC for stupid things I chose to do as a young adult. For several months I was incarcerated in Harris County in fear of losing my freedom completely. My fami...ly and myself were at a loss with no one providing advise or answers. I know I wouldn’t be saying that today without the concern, knowledge and determination of Mr Erik Smith. I would and will HIGHLY recommend Mr Smith to anyone in need of an attorney that will take charge of a dire situation and come out with POSITIVE RESULTS! My family and I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL to Mr Erik Smith!

I recieved 3 tickets.. Open container, following to close. And no insurance. I reached out to Eric and explained my situation. Immediately he reassured me he could get these dismissed.
