Michael Shane Foreman

I was born in Louisiana and I grew up in Chicago, Illinois. Even though I'm not from the beautiful state of Texas, I like to say that I am a 'Texan by choice'.

While attending Baylor University, I fell for a Texas girl, and shortly after college I married my wife Brittany. Away from the office, I am usually hunting, fishing, golfing, traveling, or simply spending time with my wife, our four dogs, and our horses.

I am a trial lawyer. I focus my time and efforts on civil litigation, including personal injury litigation, business litigation and property disputes.

I view my duties as an attorney to be two-fold. First, I have a duty to be a zealous advocate and tenacious trial lawyer. Second, I have a duty to be a counselor to my clients.

As a member of the Baylor Law School National Mock Trial Team, I realized that I enjoyed the courtroom. In my role as a trial lawyer, I am ready and willing go to trial. In my role as a counselor, I am truthful in my analysis. If the case is not suited for trial, I will advise the client against it.
