Mr. Henderson’s practice encompasses a wide variety of civil litigation issues. Mr. Henderson assists clients with contract and warranty disputes, insurance litigation, conspiracy, fraud, business torts and negligence cases, deceptive trade practices matters, breach of fiduciary duty claims, shareholder’s rights cases and real estate litigation.
Additionally, Mr. Henderson routinely drafts business agreements, assists in the incorporation of new businesses and reviews real estate contracts and transactions for his clients.
Mr. Henderson practices law in Texas for over 33 years. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1993. He is rated AV® Preeminent™, the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell®. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas; the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
