My practice is keenly focused on two distinct, yet inner related areas; Business Law and Estate Planning. Both areas demand innovative thinking and diligence in detail, while requiring precise structure, documentation and agreements to accomplish the stated objectives.
I believe the key to providing the best legal services is to approach each and every client engagement as if you were my only client, thus giving you the level of attention and service unmatched in the legal services industry. I take the time to learn my clients goals and objectives, as well as apply my specialized industry knowledge to help my clients achieve success. With an abundance of combined executive management and legal experience, I offer my clients more than the traditional law firm relationship. As a focused boutique practice, I am nimble and responsive; I have no corporate bureaucracy, so I am here when you call. Whether you are a business client, an estate planning client, or both, my mission is to become your source for personalized legal services that surpasses your expectations.
I am admitted to practice law in Texas and Nebraska (inactive) as well as in all four Federal Districts in Texas and the Nebraska District. I graduated on the Dean's List from Washington University with a Juris Doctorate (JD). Prior to entering law school, I earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Business from the University of St. Thomas’ Cameron School of Business. As a native Houstonian, I attended the University of Houston where I earned a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Finance.
