My practice is keenly focused on two distinct, yet inner related areas; Business Law and Estate Planning. Both areas demand innovative thinking and diligence in detail, while requiring precise structure, documentation and agreements to accomplish the stated objectives.

With an abundance of combined executive management and legal experience, I offer my clients more than the traditional law firm relationship. As a focused boutique practice, I am nimble and responsive; I have no corporate bureaucracy, so I am here when you call. I am admitted to practice law in Texas and Nebraska (inactive) as well as in all four Federal Districts in Texas and the Nebraska District. I graduated on the Dean's List from Washington University with a Juris Doctorate (JD). Prior to entering law school, I earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Business from the University of St. Thomas’ Cameron School of Business. As a native Houstonian, I attended the University of Houston where I earned a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Finance.
